Frank Rogers, Vice President

Frank Rogers is Vice President of Rogers & Sons, Inc. He has 30 years of HVAC field installations and operations experience, 21 years of which have been as a partner at Rogers & Sons, Inc. Prior to joining Rogers & Sons, Mr. Rogers completed a formal four-year apprenticeship-training program and after obtaining a well-rounded experience base in the field, joined Rogers & Sons as a partner. He has extensive knowledge of refrigeration, sheet metal, steam and hot water piping and large solar systems in both residential and commercial services.

At Rogers & Sons, from 1982 through 1990, Mr. Rogers was responsible for field installations and ran the firm's larger projects. In 1992, he began the management of all field operations. Mr. Rogers manages all projects, which involves supervising installation crews, managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating schedules with contractors and subcontractors. He is also involved in the Company's business management and planning processes.
